The structure of the center

The economic division (commercial, R&D) includes the following laboratory units:

  • bakery and pastry workshop with a warehouse and a mill (dorota.litwinek@urk.edu.pl);
  • mini-brewery with a grinding plant, brewhouse, bottling plant, warehouse and beer maturation room (marek.zdaniewicz@ur.edu.pl);
  • meat processing workshop with a warehouse and a fish processing workshop (piotr.kulawik@urk.edu.pl);
  • sensory laboratory with a preparation room (paulina.pajak@urk.edu.pl);
  • food microbiology laboratory (aleksandra.duda@urk.edu.pl);
  • analytical laboratory (tomasz.tarko@urk.edu.pl);
  • waste processing laboratory (maciej.gliniak@urk.edu.pl);
  • microbiological safety laboratory (anna.miernik@urk.edu.pl);
