The structure of the center
The economic division (commercial, R&D) includes the following laboratory units:
- bakery and pastry workshop with a warehouse and a mill (dorota.litwinek@urk.edu.pl);
- mini-brewery with a grinding plant, brewhouse, bottling plant, warehouse and beer maturation room (marek.zdaniewicz@ur.edu.pl);
- meat processing workshop with a warehouse and a fish processing workshop (piotr.kulawik@urk.edu.pl);
